Chocolate Mousse

Suggested Wine Parings: Barbera

Tofu Chocolate Mousse


 8oz silken or hard tofu

8oz package of chocolate chips

1tbsp of real maple syrup or agave

1tbsp red wine (Barbera)


 Melt chocolate

Put tofu in food processor and puree until it's smooth and creamy

Add chocolate, maple syrup or agave and wine into the tofu and blend again

Put chocolate into small glasses and smooth out the top of the mousse

Put in the refrigerator to set for several hours

Serve chilled topped with a cherry or cranberry that's been rehydrated in our Barbera
